Job Description

About the role

We are partnering with a well-established organization in Singapore to support its finance team. The organization is involved in managing a range of operational, project-based, and strategic initiatives, while working closely with diverse stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end billing operations, including SAP customer master data maintenance, invoice generation, and credit note processing.
  • Ensure billing accuracy and compliance by maintaining complete supporting documentation and resolving billing-related enquiries and discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor outstanding accounts receivable balances, follow up on overdue payments, and manage AR-related communications to support timely account settlement.
  • Prepare management reports, perform account reconciliations, and provide support for ad hoc finance and operational initiatives as required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in AR is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks effectively and deliver accurate results within tight deadlines.
