Accounts Assistant (AP & Costing)

Job Summary:

• Basic Salary: $3000 - $3200

• Working hours: Mon to Thurs: 8:45am to 5:45pm & Fri: 8:45am to 5:15pm

• Working Location: Gul Circle

• AWS + Variable Bonus + In-house Canteen + Company Transport provided

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and costing functions with accurate, compliant entries and full supporting documentation

• Perform AP data entry, prepare payment runs, and maintain monthly prepayment schedules

• Conduct monthly AP and inter-company reconciliations

• Support month-end closing and annual audit activities

• Maintain proper filing systems and perform general office administration

• Prepare monthly job order reports and consolidate production output data

• Monitor raw material movements (actual vs budget) and support cost tracking

• Update and track commercial status (cost pricing, RFQs, new order opportunities)

• Assist in preparing quotations and monthly material and overhead analysis

• Support ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent

• 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables and formulas)

• Experience with SAP is an added advantage
