As an Accounts Assistant (AP), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Handle Accounts Payable functions, including processing supplier invoices, payment vouchers and staff claims.
- Prepare payments via cheque, bank transfer or online banking in a timely manner.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors.
- Maintain accurate AP records, supporting documents and filing systems.
- Assist with month-end closing, accruals and AP reconciliations.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal departments on payment-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies and payment procedures.
- Support finance team with ad-hoc accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
