Job Description

To support AR Shared Team in bulk refunds and daily operation for Childcare Centres, he/she must be able to work well and help team members when in need.

Job Responsibilities

  • Check and process children refunds
  • Liaise with Centre Support officer on submission of documents
  • Giro activation in system
  • Assist in preparing audit schedule
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required

Job Requirements

  • GCE O Level and above
  • Proficiency with MS Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Meticulous and able to work independently under tight deadlines
