Job Description

Job Description:
We are looking for a temporary Accounting Assistant to support the finance team for a 3-month period from April 2026 onwards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with data entry for accounting records
  • Process invoices, receipts, and payment documents
  • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
  • Perform basic bank reconciliation and filing
  • Assist in preparing simple finance reports and documentation
  • Ensure proper record keeping and document accuracy
  • Provide general administrative support to the accounts team

Requirements:

  • Minimum Nitec / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Detail-oriented and responsible
  • Able to start work from April 2026 onwards

Preferred:

  • Prior admin or accounting support experience is an advantage
