Job Description:
We are looking for a temporary Accounting Assistant to support the finance team for a 3-month period from April 2026 onwards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with data entry for accounting records
- Process invoices, receipts, and payment documents
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Perform basic bank reconciliation and filing
- Assist in preparing simple finance reports and documentation
- Ensure proper record keeping and document accuracy
- Provide general administrative support to the accounts team
Requirements:
- Minimum Nitec / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented and responsible
- Able to start work from April 2026 onwards
Preferred:
- Prior admin or accounting support experience is an advantage
