About Our Client

Job Description
- Oversee core finance operations, including AP/AR management with external accounting partners, invoicing, monitoring payment cycles, and driving workflow improvements in collaboration with HQ.
- Prepare monthly financial reconciliations on receivables and outstanding balances, and support departmental budget planning for Finance and HR.
- Assist with annual audit requirements by coordinating inventory checks, fixed asset reviews, audit confirmations, and the compilation of necessary documentation.
- Manage end-to-end in-house payroll for Singapore and the Philippines.
- Coordinate outsourced payroll for Malaysia and Vietnam.
- Prepare and issue payslips manage CPF submissions, annual income tax filings, and statutory compliance across all supported countries.
- Track and maintain annual leave and HR system records.
- Administer employee insurance benefits and validate staff expense claims.
- Prepare HR letters for increments, bonuses, and people & culture matters.
- Draft and maintain employee handbooks and HR policies.
- Review and standardize employment contracts across markets.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes across departments.
- Oversee general office administration, including pantry supplies, vendor management, and liaison with building management.
The Successful Applicant
- Professional qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Strong foundation in AP/AR processes, reconciliations, audits, invoicing, and budgeting support.
- Hands‑on experience in multi‑country payroll (Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia, Vietnam), including statutory compliance such as CPF, tax filings, and general HR operations.
- Proficient in Excel and has experience drafting HR policies or employee handbooks.
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, and equipped with strong communication skills for effective cross‑functional collaboration.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to liaise effectively with stakeholders based in China.
