Job Description

This position reports to the Founder and helps to manage daily operational activities covering the full spectrum of Office, Accounting, and HR administration.

We are looking for an Accounts and HR Assistant to support office operations including but not limited to:

- Provide day-to-day support to the operations team

- Preparation of invoices using QuickBooks and Shopify

- Monitor AR status and follow up

- Inventory management

- Handle general bookkeeping and accounting duties

- Compilation of reports for submission to IRAS

- Monthly Reconciliation of bank accounts using QuickBooks

- Timesheet administration and payroll processing using Talenox

- Manage HR functions including recruitment

- Coordinate and guide students on monthly beneficiary payment and funders report

Requirements

. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.

. Detailed-oriented

. Good written and spoken communication skills

. Organized, independent, reliable, resourceful, willing to learn, and a good team player

. Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills with the willingness to adapt to change

. Proficient in MS office

. Experience with Quickbooks will have an added advantage
