About the Role

We are looking for a meticulous Financial Operations Specialist to manage the end-to-end financial ecosystem of our B2C e-commerce division. This role is the backbone of our revenue integrity, ensuring that every transaction-from the moment a customer clicks buy to the final tax filing-is accounted for, reconciled, and compliant. You will bridge the gap between high-volume retail operations and corporate financial control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Revenue & Payment Ops: Manage daily B2C transactions, including settlements, refunds, and chargebacks across e-commerce platforms and gateways.

• Tax & Compliance: Oversee GST filing and reconciliation, ensuring 100% accuracy in tax application and audit readiness.

• Controls & Reporting: Maintain robust financial controls, monitor for discrepancies, and provide management with clear cash flow and budget reports.

• Collaboration: Partner with E-commerce, Ops, and Customer Service teams to align on revenue accuracy and vendor tracking.

  Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience in finance, accounting, or compliance roles.
  • Strong understanding of GST and B2C transaction flows.
  • Experience working with e-commerce platforms and payment gateways.
  • High attention to detail and process discipline.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and financial reporting tools.
