Job Description

We are a centrally located boutique recruitment firm experiencing strong growth. As the company scales, we are looking to bring on a Accounts and Admin Executive who can help support us through the next phase of the growth and development roadmap.


  • Assist in all accounting matters and responsible for monthly accounting reconciliation
  • Responsible for all payroll functions in the organization
  • Data entry for maintenance of proper filing system, ensuring all records are in proper order
  • Prepare monthly statement claims, GST, CPF and related bills
  • Involved in HR duties such as but not limited to, work pass application, payroll processing and maintenance of Employee files
  • Perform general administrative duties
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned


  • Diploma / Degree in Accounts / HR / Admin related field
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in Accounting firm
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
