JOB DESCRIPTION:
. Perform accounting functions using QuickBooks, including maintaining accounting records and performing bank reconciliations.
. Process supplier invoices and employees expense claims in a timely and accurate manner.
. Assist with monthly closing and reporting activities.
. Maintain proper internal records, documentation, and filing.
. Provide administrative supports, including maintaining office supplies inventory and supporting day-to-day office operations.
. Coordinate and follow up with internal departments and external service providers to ensure smooth operations.
. Assist in sourcing and liaising with service providers for various administrative and operational services.
. Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
. Minimum Diploma in Accounting with at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
. Proficiency in QuickBooks is an added advantage.
. Experience in handling a full set of accounts is an added advantage.
. Self-motivated, proactive, meticulous, and well-organized, with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
. Good interpersonal, communication, and written skills in both English and Chinese.
. Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
