Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on daily matters, ensuring all communication is professional and clear, with supervision as needed
- Build and sustain positive client relationships through consistent engagement and responsiveness
- Address client inquiries promptly and professionally to resolve issues efficiently
- Keep the manager informed of any client-related concerns or developments
- Prepare accurate financial data for entry into the accounting system to support bookkeeping processes
- Perform bank reconciliations and prepare detailed accounts schedules to ensure financial accuracy
- Generate monthly payroll payslips to facilitate timely employee compensation
- Manage account closing activities, including preparation of monthly trial balance, income statement, and balance sheet reports
- Execute quarterly Goods and Services Tax (GST) filings in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Conduct corporate tax computations and file tax returns accurately and on time
- Undertake additional ad-hoc accounting and administrative duties as assigned to support business operations
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or Finance

- Willingness to travel as part of job responsibilities
