Key Responsibilities
1. Accounts payable and receivable management.
2. Assist in prepare month-end/year-end financial closing and management report.
3. Perform monthly bank, petty cash, and intercompany reconciliations.
4. Process payments, monitor collections, and follow up on outstanding receivables.
5. Assist in audit preparation.
6. Process staff claims, reimbursements, and monitor company expenses, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
7. Prepare quarterly GST returns.
8. Provide administrative support to the management team, including travel arrangements and meeting coordination.
9. Provide administrative support and assist with ad-hoc finance or operational duties as assigned.
Requirements
1. Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field
2,Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar accounting and administrative role
3.Proficient in SAGE 300 (preferred).
4.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
5.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and priorities effectively
7.Attention to details and a high level of accuracy in your work
8. A proactive and problem-solving mindset and willing to take initiative
9.Good communication and interpersonal skills.
