Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Support
. Perform data entry for accounting transactions.
. Prepare and issue invoices accurately and on time.
. Maintain and update customer and vendor accounts.
. Verify invoices, reconcile discrepancies, and support financial control processes.
. Maintain proper filing of invoices, receipts and related records.
Administrative Support
. Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
. Perform general office and administrative duties.
. Provide support for daily operational activities.
. Assist in scheduling and coordination tasks as required.
. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
. Diploma or higher qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
. 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience preferred (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) knowledge to use QuickBooks is a plus.
. Basic ability to operate computer.
. Able to communicate in basic English (spoken and written).
. Good organisational skills, attention to details, and ability to multitask.
. Positive working attitude and willingness to learn.
