Job Description

1. Administrative Duties:

  • Provide administrative and operational support for daily business activities
  • Assist in transport planning (import/export/collection/return 24/7 )
  • Handle port clearance procedures and related documentation
  • Monitor and order office supplies and spare parts for projects and operations
  • Perform general admin duties (data entry, calls, scheduling, scanning, etc.)
  • Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and internal teams to support smooth workflow
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

2. Accounts & Logistics Support:

  • Assist in preparing and processing invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.
  • Simple bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable tracking.
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and bookkeeping for the company
  • Preparing monthly financial statements and reports
  • Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1- 2 years of experience in a similar accounts or administrative role (entry level may be accepted)

  • Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office / Excel/ Quick book

  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate financial records

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with colleagues and stakeholders
