1. Administrative Duties:
- Provide administrative and operational support for daily business activities
- Assist in transport planning (import/export/collection/return 24/7 )
- Handle port clearance procedures and related documentation
- Monitor and order office supplies and spare parts for projects and operations
- Perform general admin duties (data entry, calls, scheduling, scanning, etc.)
- Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and internal teams to support smooth workflow
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
2. Accounts & Logistics Support:
- Assist in preparing and processing invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.
- Simple bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable tracking.
- Maintaining accurate financial records and bookkeeping for the company
- Preparing monthly financial statements and reports
- Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
1- 2 years of experience in a similar accounts or administrative role (entry level may be accepted)
Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office / Excel/ Quick book
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate financial records
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with colleagues and stakeholders
