Job Description

Accounts Duties:

  • Manage cash payments from customers
  • Handle accounts receivable and stock management
  • Process transactions
  • Perform other ad hoc accounting tasks

Administrative Duties:

  • Prepare and manage invoices, cash sales, and all administrative documentation
  • Generate online sales reports and process withdrawals
  • Coordinate stock transfers between internal companies
  • Manage stationery purchases
  • Process online orders in the absence of designated team members
  • Respond to customer inquiries as needed
  • Perform other ad hoc administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and administrative procedures
