Job Description

Accounts cum Admin Assistant

  • S$2,800 basic salary + variable bonus.
  • Location: Tagore Lane, Singapore 787502
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts cum Admin Assistant to support our finance and administrative operations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking to develop their accounting and office administration skills within a stable and growing business environment.

You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of accounting functions while providing essential administrative support to the team. If you are organized, responsible, and enjoy working with numbers and processes, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Support

  • Handle basic accounting duties including data entry, invoicing, and payment processing.
  • Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and documentation.
  • Ensure proper filing and organization of financial documents.
  • Support month-end and ad-hoc accounting activities when required.

Administrative Support

  • Perform general administrative duties and office coordination tasks.
  • Maintain and organize company records, files, and documents.
  • Provide administrative support to management and other departments as required.
  • Assist with correspondence, document preparation, and office-related matters.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

  • Diploma, LCCI, or relevant Accounting qualification.
  • Minimum 1 year of accounting or administrative experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Knowledge of ACCPAC and Ezy Accounting software will be an added advantage.
