UroMedTech is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Accounts & Admin Intern to support our accounting functions and assist in data migration efforts relating to our new electronic Quality Management System (eQMS).
This role offers hands-on experience in accounting and administrative operations, alongside valuable insight into documentation systems and processes across accounting, finance, and quality functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Finance
- Organize and maintain proper filing of financial and administrative documents.
- Assist with bookkeeping and data entry of accounting transactions into accounting system.
- Update accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) transactions and feedback to sales team for follow up action.
- Participate in financial audit preparations, including compiling and organizing audit documentation.
- Provide support during financial audits.
- Assist in the review of quarterly financial submissions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency.
- Liaise with external accountants on tax matters and company accounts.
- Help improve accounting processes to enhance accuracy and workflow efficiency.
Quality Management
- Assist in the implementation and deployment of the electronic Quality Management System (eQMS).
- Support system design, configuration, and workflow setup for QMS processes.
- Support data mapping, data migration, and document transfer from legacy systems into the eQMS.
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates, or students pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.
- Knowledge of MS Office, IFRS, Companies Act, ISO or any relevant regulatory requirements will be an added advantage.
