Job Description

As we expand our Training & Software Solutions division and apply for SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) Registered Training Provider (RTP) status, we are looking for a sales and accounts coordinator to support our operations and serve as the bridge between clients, training ops, and internal teams.

You'll work directly with the business owner and leadership team, gaining rare exposure to high-level strategy while being entrusted with responsibilities that make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support sales operations by preparing quotations, tracking orders, and issuing tax invoices.
  • Bookkeeping for expenses, AR & AP in QuickBooks Accounting Software
  • Coordinate with the Sales and Technical Support team on client enquiries and training schedules.
  • Manage customer database and pipeline using CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho/Bigin).
  • Handle telephone and email enquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Maintain team calendars and coordinate client meetings or training sessions.
  • Assist trainers in analysing learners training needs and planning future programmes
  • Production of course or training materials like brochures, email templates, printing of courseware
  • Support SSG-RTP related administrative submissions, course scheduling, and learner documentation.
  • Provide general administrative support, including staff reimbursement processing and office maintenance tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Degree in Business Administration or any discipline
  • Fresh graduates with strong analytical and organisational skills are welcome.
  • 1-2 years of working experience in sales coordination, admin support, or training logistics preferred.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel comfortable using formulas, lookups, and templates.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and follow-up skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management and prioritisation abilities.
  • Experience with SkillsFuture frameworks (e.g., WSQ, TPGateway) is advantageous.
