As we expand our Training & Software Solutions division and apply for SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) Registered Training Provider (RTP) status, we are looking for a sales and accounts coordinator to support our operations and serve as the bridge between clients, training ops, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Support sales operations by preparing quotations, tracking orders, and issuing tax invoices.
- Bookkeeping for expenses, AR & AP in QuickBooks Accounting Software
- Coordinate with the Sales and Technical Support team on client enquiries and training schedules.
- Manage customer database and pipeline using CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho/Bigin).
- Handle telephone and email enquiries professionally and promptly.
- Maintain team calendars and coordinate client meetings or training sessions.
- Assist trainers in analysing learners training needs and planning future programmes
- Production of course or training materials like brochures, email templates, printing of courseware
- Support SSG-RTP related administrative submissions, course scheduling, and learner documentation.
- Provide general administrative support, including staff reimbursement processing and office maintenance tasks.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Degree in Business Administration or any discipline
- Fresh graduates with strong analytical and organisational skills are welcome.
- 1-2 years of working experience in sales coordination, admin support, or training logistics preferred.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel comfortable using formulas, lookups, and templates.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management and prioritisation abilities.
- Experience with SkillsFuture frameworks (e.g., WSQ, TPGateway) is advantageous.
