We are looking for an Accounts & Admin Executive to support our daily finance operations and office administration. This role covers basic AP/AR tasks, simple reporting, and general office support to ensure smooth operations.
. Process vendor invoices and check with relevant teams for verification
. Prepare payment schedules and ensure timely payments to vendors
. Reconcile vendor statements and follow up on any differences
. Handle vendor enquiries and assist with payment-related issues
. Prepare and issue customer invoices based on contracts
. Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue payments
. Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
. Maintain accurate AR records and assist with monthly AR reports
. Send monthly Statements of Accounts to customers
. Manage office supplies and place orders when needed
. Maintain proper filing and documentation for accounting and admin records
. Support daily office operations such as courier arrangements, errands, and meeting logistics
. Manage pantry items and ensure common areas are tidy and organised
. Coordinate with vendors/building management for maintenance and facility requests
. Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
. Experience in accounting, finance operations, or bookkeeping
. Proficient in MS Excel
. Experience with accounting software
