We are seeking a highly motivated and meticulous Accounts & Admin Executive to join our team in Singapore. This is a crucial hybrid role that manages both the day-to-day financial operations and the essential administrative functions of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform bookkeeping duties, including general ledger, accounts receivable (AR), and accounts payable (AP).
- Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded in compliance with FRS (Financial Reporting Standards) and internal policies.
- Prepare, issue, and track invoices and credit notes in a timely manner.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables to ensure timely collections.
- Process and manage supplier invoices, staff expense claims, and vendor payments, ensuring proper authorization and documentation.
- Manage company bank accounts and perform monthly bank reconciliations.
- Assist in the year-end audit preparation process and liaise with external auditors and corporate secretaries.
- Process monthly payroll accurately, calculate statutory deductions, and ensure timely submission of Central Provident Fund (CPF) contributions.
- Oversee general office administration, including managing office supplies, equipment maintenance, and liaising with building management.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and maintain an organised filing system.
- Maintain up-to-date employee records and assist with onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Administer employee leave records and claims in compliance with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) guidelines.
Job Requirements
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification (LCCI, ACCA, etc.).
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in an Accounts/Admin role.
Technical Skills:
- Proven proficiency in accounting and QuickBooks software.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Local Knowledge: Solid understanding of Singapore's GST framework, CPF submission requirements, and basic MOM employment regulations.
