Job Location: Eunos/Paya Lebar
Job Description:
- Manage company day to day accounts & admin matters.
- Manage daily billing & invoicing using Microsoft Office & ABSS
- Preparation and processing of invoices, AP, AR, SOA & etc..
- Maintain proper filling of documents and assist data entry
- Handle company day to day account, administrative & HR activity
- Handling accounts payable & receivable
- Handle tax filing
- Handle petty cash
- Any other ad-hoc duties on a time-to-time basis
Requirements:
- Min 3 years or more working experience in administration and accounting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Proficient with accounting software (ABSS).
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work effectively
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Training will be provided
