Job Description

Job Location: Eunos/Paya Lebar

Job Description:

  • Manage company day to day accounts & admin matters.
  • Manage daily billing & invoicing using Microsoft Office & ABSS
  • Preparation and processing of invoices, AP, AR, SOA & etc..
  • Maintain proper filling of documents and assist data entry
  • Handle company day to day account, administrative & HR activity
  • Handling accounts payable & receivable
  • Handle tax filing
  • Handle petty cash
  • Any other ad-hoc duties on a time-to-time basis

Requirements:

  • Min 3 years or more working experience in administration and accounting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Proficient with accounting software (ABSS).
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work effectively
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Training will be provided
