Job Description

Job Responsibilities: -

  • Duties related to setting up new branch office in Singapore.
  • Handle accounts receivable, accounts payable, disbursements, budget control and bank reconciliations
  • Liaison with accounting firm, audit firm, banks and relevant external outsourcing vendors
  • Expatriate management duties
  • Handle grants applications
  • Handle staff claims/petty cash reimbursements
  • Back-office duties including replenishing office supplies, arranging letter delivery, and handling general affairs related matters

Job Requirements: -

  • Minimum O Level and/or above Candidate with Accounting related background will be preferred
  • Minimum 2 years experiences in accounting and/or administrative field is required for this position
  • Candidate with customer service/front desk customer service experience will be an added advantage
  • Self-driven individual and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
