Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Functions

  • Perform daily accounting and bookkeeping duties using QuickBooks.
  • Prepare and process Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) transactions.
  • Generate invoices, receipts, debit notes, and credit notes.
  • Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
  • Verify supplier invoices and prepare payments.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end account closing activities.
  • Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and records.
  • Support GST reporting and other statutory submissions.
  • Assist in audit preparation and provide supporting documents when required.
  • Prepare management reports and financial schedules as assigned.

Administrative Functions

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Maintain office records, filing systems, and company documents.
  • Coordinate office supplies procurement and inventory management.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare letters, reports, and other administrative documents.
  • Support HR administration, including leave records, claims, attendance, and staff documentation.
