We are looking for an Accounts & Admin Assistant to support daily accounting and administrative tasks.
This is an office-based role in a stable working environment. Training will be provided, and entry-level candidates are welcome.
. Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable
. Prepare invoices, delivery orders, and simple statements
. Data entry into accounting system (e.g. AutoCount / ABSS)
. Filing and record keeping
. Assist with monthly reports and basic reconciliation
. Support general admin duties
. Working Days: 5 or 5.5 days per week
. Working Hours: Office hours
. Location: Pioneer
. Overtime payable if applicable
. No experience required (training provided)
. Basic accounting knowledge is an advantage
. Able to communicate in basic English (Chinese is an advantage)
. Responsible, organised, and willing to learn
. Basic computer skills (Excel, Word)
. Salary: SGD $2,200 - $2,600 (depending on experience)
