Responsibilities:
. Assisting in office administrative matters for smooth business operation
. Filling all documentation in proper
. Prepare invoice, Purchase Order and quotation accordingly
. Issue payment. tracking invoice and tracking of outstanding payment.
. Handle daily general administration duties such as attending phone call and etc.
. Other admin duties.
