Part-Time Accounts & Admin Assistant (On-Site)

We're a boutique agency specialising in design and corporate gifting, and we're looking for a reliable and hands-on Accounts & Admin Assistant to join us on a part-time, long-term basis. If you enjoy working in a small, friendly team and prefer a steady, low-stress work environment, this could be a great fit.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Handle full sets of accounts using ABSS MYOB
  • Perform bookkeeping and data entry
  • Prepare and submit GST filings
  • Assist with year-end income compilation
  • Manage salary processing and payments
  • Support general admin tasks when required

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of active, hands-on accounting experience
  • Must be currently or recently active in accounting work
  • Proficient in ABSS MYOB (handle full sets of accounts is a must)
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and organised
  • Singaporeans only, with relevant qualifications

Working Arrangement

  • Part-time (On-site only)
  • 2 weekdays per week, 9:30am - 4:30pm
  • Actual working days are flexible (with at least 1 week's prior arrangement)
