Part-Time Accounts & Admin Assistant (On-Site)
We're a boutique agency specialising in design and corporate gifting, and we're looking for a reliable and hands-on Accounts & Admin Assistant to join us on a part-time, long-term basis. If you enjoy working in a small, friendly team and prefer a steady, low-stress work environment, this could be a great fit.
What You'll Be Doing
- Handle full sets of accounts using ABSS MYOB
- Perform bookkeeping and data entry
- Prepare and submit GST filings
- Assist with year-end income compilation
- Manage salary processing and payments
- Support general admin tasks when required
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of active, hands-on accounting experience
- Must be currently or recently active in accounting work
- Proficient in ABSS MYOB (handle full sets of accounts is a must)
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and organised
- Singaporeans only, with relevant qualifications
Working Arrangement
- Part-time (On-site only)
- 2 weekdays per week, 9:30am - 4:30pm
- Actual working days are flexible (with at least 1 week's prior arrangement)
