Job Description

. Carry out daily accounting tasks and office admin tasks including but not limited to

o data creation & entry, reconciliation, documentation

. Preparing & reporting weekly and monthly performance including but not limited to

o sales & promotions, store performance metrics, monitoring reports

. Co-ordinating with outlets but not limited to

o Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams

Key Abilities

. Accurate and timely data entry

. Basic understanding of accounting and administrative tasks

. Good written Communication Skill

. Comfortable using Excel for reporting (training provided to improve skills)

Experience/Skills

. Diploma or higher qualification

. Part qualified accountant / accounting certification useful but not necessary (training will be provided)

. 2-4 years work experience in related fields
