Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Full set bookkeeping and daily bank reconciliation
  • Prepare and submit GST returns
  • Create supplier payments
  • Process staff expense claims and generate reports
  • Manage inventory and procurement from suppliers
  • Support quotation preparation and general admin duties

Requirements:

  • Holds a diploma in Accounting or equivalent
  • Good communication skills in written and spoken English
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office applications - Outlook, Excel, Word
  • Independent with a keen sense for learning and adopting new skills
  • Good team player with a good sense of urgency.
