Job Description

  • Handle accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP)
  • Prepare invoices, receipts and process payments
  • Maintain proper accounting records and filing
  • Perform bank reconciliation
  • Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports
  • Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers
  • Assist with GST submission and audit matters when required
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time

Requirements : -

  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
  • Preferably 1-2 years relevant accounting experience
  • Knowledge of accounting software will be an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines
