Accounting Payable Specialist - Established Financial Services Firm

Mondrian Alpha is working with a fast-growing international financial services firm in Singapore to hire a Senior Accounts Payable Analyst as part of its expanding regional finance team. The role sits within a lean regional finance function and supports end-to-end accounts payable activities across multiple APAC entities. It is a hands-on position covering invoice processing, payment runs and settlement cycles, vendor management, intercompany billing support and balance sheet reconciliations. You will work closely with regional counterparts to ensure accuracy, timeliness and compliance, while also contributing to ongoing process improvements and system enhancements as transaction volumes continue to grow.

The firm is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable professional with roughly 3–8+ years experience. You should be comfortable operating in a structured, deadline-driven setting, with strong Excel skills and a high level of attention to detail. English is required, with Mandarin a significent advantage due to regional stakeholder interaction. A stable CV and interest in building a long-term career within a high-quality finance team are key.

The role offers a competitive base salary in the region of SGD 5,000–10,000 per month depending on experience, alongside a strong discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits package.
