Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
ACCA qualification is required
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting/audit firm
At least 3 years of working experience in Singapore
Experience working with Chinese clients and Singapore company accounts
Proven experience managing a finance team of more than 5 staff
Strong leadership skills, able to handle high-pressure situations and manage ad-hoc issues independently
Able to communicate in both English and Mandarin, as the role requires regular use of English for professional accounting, reporting, and client communication, and Mandarin for coordination with Chinese-speaking clients and colleagues in China.

Job Scope:
Support business strategy planning, adjustments, and implementation
Full responsibility for financial management of the Singapore entity
Provide professional support and training to accounting colleagues in China
Oversee client tax filing and ensure all statutory submissions are completed on time
Liaise with clients and handle complex accounting cases
After 6 months of employment, eligible for work-from-home arrangement, with 1 week per month required in office
