About Your Role

This is a key role to take over from a long serving finance head.

This is not a corporate reporting role.

This is a hands on position focused on accounting accuracy, ERP system support, and daily operational coordination within a manufacturing environment.

Ability to communicate in both English and Chinese is required, as this role involves working closely with Chinese speaking team members.

We are looking for someone practical, reliable, and comfortable working closely with operations and different departments.

Key Responsibilities

-Accounting and Finance

. Oversee full set accounts and month end closing

. Review and supervise a team of 4 to 5 accounting staff

. Ensure GST compliance and audit readiness

. Manage cash flow in a stable operating environment

-ERP and Systems

. Support and improve newly implemented ERP system

. Troubleshoot accounting and operational issues within ERP

. Ensure accurate data flow across departments

. Work closely with users to improve system usage

-Operations and Compliance

. Work closely with warehouse and operations team

. Support inventory tracking and accuracy

. Maintain documentation for ISO22000 and HACCP standards

. Support Halal certification requirements

. Oversee export documentation and coordination

Requirements

. Degree or Diploma in Accounting or Finance

. 8 to 15 years of accounting experience

. Strong full set accounting knowledge

. Experience managing a small team

. Comfortable in SME and hands on environment

. Able to communicate in both English and Chinese

Preferred

. Manufacturing or inventory experience

. Strong ERP system experience

. Practical and problem solving mindset

. Good communication skills across departments

Working Hours

5 day work week

Monday to Thursday:

8am to 6pm (1 hour lunch break)

Friday:

8am to 5pm (1 hour lunch break)

This role may occasionally require extended hours during month end closing, ERP related matters, or urgent operational needs.

Occasional Saturday support may also be required when necessary.

Time off in lieu will be provided.

Salary

SGD 4,500 to 5,000
