Accounting Manager

Location: West

ACCOUNTING MANAGER

. Manage the full spectrum of finance and accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable(AR), General Ledger (GL), fixed assets, and bank reconciliations.

. Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, management accounts, and financial reports.

. Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing activities.

. Oversee cash flow management, budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting processes.

. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.

. Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities on financial and compliance matters.

. Review and enhance accounting policies, internal controls, and financial procedures to improve operational efficiency.

. Analyse financial performance and provide insights and recommendations to enhance profitability and cost management.

. Lead, supervise, and develop the accounting team to ensure high standards of performance and accuracy.

. Provide financial analysis and support to management, and undertake ad hoc projects and assignments as required.

Requirements:

. Degree in Accountancy with professional accounting qualifications preferred

. Experienced accounting manager with both experience in external audit and experience in leading and managing accounting team

. Proven experience in intercompany accounting and group consolidation

. Proven experience in managing / improving end-to-end financial closing process

. Knowledge in ERP software (especially accounting module)
