Oversee the daily operations of the Accounting Department including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Bank Reconciliations and Tax Compliance.
Prepare timely and accurate Financial Statements.
Manage month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring deadlines are met.
Coordinate with external auditors and support audit processes.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing performance feedback and development opportunities.
Evaluate and implement accounting systems, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience.
Proficiency in accounting software.
Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
