Title: Accounting Manager (Japanese Speaking)
Job Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting & Closing: Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing under SFRS and group reporting guidelines.
- Oversee daily financial operations including AR, AP and GL function, full sets account closing.
- Parent Company Support: Assist in preparing financial reporting packages and schedules for the Japan headquarters.
- Tax & Compliance: Assist with local tax filings (GST, Corporate Income Tax) and annual ACRA filings. Work with external auditors and tax advisors.
- Operations & Cash Flow: Monitor daily accounting entries, accounts payable/receivable, and routine cash flow management.
- Internal Controls: Support the implementation and maintenance of internal control processes.
- Team Support: Guide and review the work of junior accounting staff (2-3 team members).
- Project support: hands on experience or willing to learn to implement new accounting system.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent. (CPA/ACCA is a plus, but not mandatory).
- 3–5 years of hands-on accounting experience.
- Prior experience leading a small team or mentoring staff is preferred, but experienced senior accountants ready to step up are welcome to apply.
- Accounting Standards: Solid understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and local tax rules (GST).
- Systems: Hands-on experience with accounting ERP software
Other Information:
- Salary Range: $5,000-$6,000
- AWS: 1 month
- Variable Bonus: Approximately 1 month
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00AM-6PM

- AL: Start from 18 days, increase by one day every 3 years, max 21 days
- ML: 14 days
