About the Company
IndoSoup Padang Pte Ltd is a dynamic Singapore-based company operating Indonesian Padang based restaurant which have few branches all over Singapore which includes F&B (restaurant operations) We are expanding our operations and seeking a highly capable Accounting Manager to oversee financial management, compliance, and reporting functions across our business units.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee full set of accounts including AR, AP, GL, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)
- Manage cash flow planning, budgeting, and financial forecasting
- Ensure compliance with IRAS, ACRA, GST submissions, and corporate tax requirements
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities
- Monitor and improve internal financial controls and accounting systems
- Supervise and guide accounting staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Support management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making
- Handle payroll, CPF contributions, and staff-related financial matters
- Assist in cost control and profitability analysis across business units
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting standards, GST, and tax regulations
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB)
- High attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple business units
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Prior experience in F&B businesses is an advantage
