Role: Accounting Manager - Healthcare (Big 4 + Commercial)

A growing healthcare-focused organisation with strong regional backing is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead its Singapore finance function. This is a key role within a lean but impactful finance team, supporting a business with approximately S$50M in scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full-spectrum accounting operations including AP, AR, and General Ledger
- Manage and develop a small team of accounting professionals
- Own month-end and year-end closing, financial reporting, and balance sheet integrity
- Partner closely with senior leadership to support business performance and decision-making
- Drive process improvements and participate in finance transformation initiatives
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal controls
- Act as the key finance point-of-contact for audits and external advisors
Ideal Background
- Degree-qualified in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
- Big 4trained candidates with subsequent commercial experience highly regarded
- Proven experience managing teams in a hands-on accounting environment
- Exposure to finance transformation, system improvements, or process optimisation
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving organisation
