Accounting Manager

We are seeking an Accounting Manager to strengthen our financial foundation as we scale our impact across the region. This role goes beyond accounting, you will drive accurate month-end closing, financial reporting, budgeting and performance analysis that guide strategic decision-making. You will also support ERP implementation and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead month-end closing activities and prepare accurate financial reports.

• Support the budgeting process and quarterly forecasting cycles.

• Develop business cases, profitability analyses, dashboards, and executive-level reports.

• Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to senior management for decision-making.

• Drive continuous improvements in financial reporting processes and support key organisational initiatives.

• Contribute to ERP migration and implementation projects, including testing and process alignment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• At least 5-8 years of hands-on accounting experience.

• Strong accounting knowledge and advanced MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills.

• Experience with accounting software (Oracle Netsuites).
