We are a Korean MNC construction company looking for one Accounting Manager.
The key responsibilities are as follows.
- Manage the monthly closing of financial records.
- Prepare and file accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Prepare and file tax returns, including corporate income tax, individual income tax, and GST.
- Ensure compliance with all accounting and tax regulations and laws in both Korea and Singapore.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
- Provide timely and accurate financial reporting to HQ, management, and other stakeholders.
- Communicate with HQ, external audit teams, tax authorities, and other external partners.
The ideal candidate should possess the following.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 4 or more years of experience in accounting, tax, and financial management.
- Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
- CPA certification is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of accounting and tax principles and regulations.
- Experience with accounting software and financial reporting systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
