Job Summary
You will ensure accurate financial management and regulatory compliance while providing management with reliable financial information to support decision-making and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full set of accounts and perform daily accounting functions to maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare monthly financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements to inform management decisions
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting to support effective financial planning
- Handle GST submission, tax matters, and ensure compliance with statutory regulations
- Perform timely bank reconciliations and accounts closing to maintain financial accuracy
- Supervise accounts staff and coordinate audit processes with external auditors
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate accounting documentation for audit and compliance purposes
- Process payroll and CPF contributions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Support management in financial planning and cost control initiatives to optimize resources
- Liaise with banks, auditors, suppliers, and government authorities to facilitate smooth financial operations
Required competencies
- Minimum 5-7 years of accounting experience
- Knowledge of Singapore accounting standards and GST regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
