You will be part of a growing regional team, acting as a key point of contact for a wide range of clients and colleagues. Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of clients across various industriesReview and ensure timely completion of monthly/quarterly/annual management accounts, financial statements, GST returns, and other statutory filings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with SFRS, Companies Act, and IRAS requirementsLead, supervise, and mentor a team of senior associates and associates, providing guidance, training, and performance feedbackAllocate workloads, monitor deadlines, and manage resources to ensure smooth delivery of client engagementsCollaborate with other functions within the company and across offices in other countries to ensure service delivery excellence
Requirements:
Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related disciplineCPA/ACCA or equivalent professional qualification preferredMinimum 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in a corporate services, outsourced accounting, or professional services environmentStrong knowledge of Singapore corporate regulations, SFRS, GST, CPF and basic tax principlesDetail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and client-handling skillsStrong leadership, coaching, and team-management abilitiesAble to manage multiple deadlines and work independently in a dynamic environmentProficient in accounting systems (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and MS Office
