Accounting Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation.
• Manage Accounts Receivable including payment Received posting,and AR aging.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing and prepare required financial reports.
• Prepare GST submissions, maintain accruals/prepayment schedules, and ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards.
• Liaise with customers, auditors, banks, and tax agents.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial documentation.
• Provide support for audit, tax filing, and ad hoc finance projects.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2-4 years of accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of full set accounts, GST, and Singapore accounting standards.
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software SAP.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
