We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Executive . The ideal candidate should have experience in accounting.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Operations
- Handle full-set accounting (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations).
- Vendor payments, and expense claims.
- Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Manage invoicing, collections, and follow-ups with clients.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and tax regulations (GST).
- Prepare reports for management on financial performance.
- Streamline accounting processes using Quickbook software.
- Implement digital solutions for expense tracking and financial reporting.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of finance/accounting experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Word and accounting software.
- Knowledge of GST, payroll processing.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
