Our client is a leading real estate company in Singapore's CBD with one of the tallest buildings. With its prime location and iconic stature, they are a symbol of Singapore's economic success and a testament to its position as a leading financial and business hub in the region.
Responsibilities
- Support in the creation of monthly management reports, which may include Group reporting and conducting variance analysis to evaluate performance
- Provide assistance with Company Tax, GST filing, and statutory audit issues
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards and statutory requirements.
- Manage all aspects of the Accounts Payable process recording invoices, processing payments, and creating journal entries for month-end closing
- Create monthly reconciliations for balance sheet accounts
- Generate cash flow forecasts for Accounts Payable payments
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve current processes
Requirements
- Possess at least a degree in Accounting, finance or related field is required.
- ACCA, CPA or equivalent accounting qualification
- Minimum 1-2 years relevant working experience
- Previous experience in the Real Estate or Property or related industry is an advantage
- Experience from the Big 4 is REQUIRED
- Possess advanced Microsoft Excel spreadsheet skills
- A self-starter who is able to work independently as well as in a team
- Strong problem solving and organizational skills
