Accounting Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Singapore for an Accounting Executive. The Accounting Executives responsibilities as below:

Manage full sets of accounts, including AP, AR, GL and monthly closings.

Prepare financial reports, bank reconciliations, GST, tax submissions and audit compliance.

Handle payroll administration, CPF contributions, and annual IR8A filing.

Support HR functions, including leave records, employee data management, statutory submissions, and basic employee relations matters.

Perform general office administration tasks

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, HR policies, and statutory regulations.

• Strong knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes and payroll processing

• Experience in preparing financial reports, monthly, quarterly, and annual statements

• Familiarity with compliance regulations and audit procedures

• Proficiency and hands-on experience with accounting software MYOB and WHYZE

• Bachelor or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Relevant professional certifications are a plus

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
