We are seeking an Accounting Executive (AP/AR) to join our team. In this role, you will support payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely computation of staff salaries, statutory contributions, and related payroll records while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist management in preparing and updating financial statements, budgeting, and forecast reports to support business analysis, including P&L, cash flow, and cost-benefit evaluations.

• Prepare, record, analyze, and report accounting transactions, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable accounting standards and principles.

• Review transactions to determine appropriate accounting treatment, funding, and control considerations.

• Ensure adherence to internal control procedures while identifying opportunities to enhance accounting and reporting systems.

• Support payroll processing and related reconciliation tasks in an accurate and timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• At least 1 year of experience in an accounting-related role

• Strong time management and organizational skills

• Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail
