Job Summary
You will lead and execute comprehensive financial and HR operations, driving accuracy in monthly financial closings, payroll, and compliance activities. You will also support recruitment, employee relations, and regulatory liaison to contribute to organizational efficiency and governance.
Responsibilities
- Execute monthly financial closing procedures to ensure timely and accurate reporting
- Process accounts receivable and accounts payable entries and perform bank reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy
- Prepare monthly payroll including salary, overtime, and sales commission calculations to ensure correct employee compensation
- Maintain and manage attendance and leave records to support workforce management
- Prepare and file GST tax submissions in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Manage the full set of accounts to provide comprehensive financial oversight
- Analyze financial data to support cost budgeting and inform business decisions
- Assist in monthly financial closing and operational processes to enhance financial controls
- Manage recruitment processes and resolve HR management issues to support talent acquisition and retention
- Administer company rules and regulations to uphold organizational policies
- Handle HR-related tasks including employee discipline matters to maintain workplace standards
- Liaise with government departments to ensure compliance with statutory requirements
Required competencies and certifications
- Proficiency in using Xero accounting software to manage financial transactions and reporting
- Proficiency in using Carbonate software for accounting and administrative functions
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or relevant field of study equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- 5 days week
