Job Position: Accounting cum Admin Assistant Manager

Job Summary:

Lead the accounting function by preparing accurate financial reports, enhancing internal controls, managing month-end closes, and coordinating audits. Supervise and develop accounting and administrative staff to drive operational excellence and compliance.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory standards

2. Develop, implement, and maintain internal controls, financial policies, inventory management, and procedures to improve operational efficiency

3. Manage the month-end closing process, including general ledger reconciliations, account analysis, and inventory verification to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting

4. Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring all tax filings and regulatory reports are completed accurately and submitted on time

5. Handling office administration, documentation, filing, and managing daily operational tasks.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

2. At least 5 years of working experience in accounting or related field.

3. Accounting related certification is preferred.

4. Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills Demonstrated leadership abilities with strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and effective communication skills

5. Strong mathematical and analytical skills
