Job Description

Responsibilities

Perform financial coding tasks accurately and efficiently.

Conduct price benchmarking to facilitate sourcing solutions for clients.

Handle administrative functions related to the collection, classification, and loading of client contracts using internal tools.

Utilize advanced knowledge of Excel to generate reports, including the use of Pivot tables and basic formulas such as VLOOKUP and INDEX-MATCH.

Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum of one (1) year of hands-on experience using QuickBase.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets, generate reports, and utilize functions.

Clear and coherent in both verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively correspond with US-based clients and internal stakeholders.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Detail-oriented approach to tasks with a focus on accuracy and precision in data entry and record-keeping.
